Initially lactic and slightly cheesy, the nose reveals delicious notes of coffee and roasted malt, along with hints of warmed brown sugar, cane sugar, and rum. In harmony with the aroma, the palate recalls roasted and toasted flavors with a well-present caramel character, yet without excess sweetness.
